Welcome to fly high academy. There are terms and conditions of employment apply to all staff holding positions at fly high academy. Upon hire, employees are asked to read, acknowledge and agree to these terms and condition of employment.
These important terms and conditions cover job opportunities, job evaluations, employee benefits, health and safety and much more.  Consistent and accurate application of terms and conditions of employment is an essential component of effective human resources management because it serves to attract, retain and engage the workforce of fly high academy.

           

  1. Place of work and time
Fly High Academy’s staff will be in class business communication at before 9.30am until 11.00am.

2.            Attire and equipment

Formal clothes
-must ensure that they use it whenever necessary, or as required, and in accordance with the fly high academy policy;
-our company choosing a grey colour for attire and black tie for a man and woman wearing a formal clothes do that day (monday and wednesday).
Business card
-must bring business card during business communication class until finish the class.
-lost or stolen cards must be reported immediately to human resources (hr)
3.            Procedure for absence work
Medical report
-give to human resources (hr) these medical report lately 3 days after come to work.
-all employees should not that if they have 3 separate periods of absence they will be given first warning letter or 5 separate periods of absence they will get second warning letter by legal officer and include caunseling or 6-7 working days absence the they will be formally interviewed by manager/president.
4.            Disciplinary, dismissal and grievance procedures
-the fly high academy disciplinary, dismissal and grievance procedures are set out in the relevant legal officer department.
-if a member of staff is dissatisfied with any disciplinary decision or a decision to dismiss them, they may appeal in writing to the secretaryship.
